Our firm was established to provide efficient, expert marine related construction to commercial waterfront businesses
and individual homeowners on the Chesapeake Bay.
We offer a host of specialty services to cater to the unique
needs of our clients.
Our office provides both State and County permitting services for the construction of your waterfront
amenity.
Our services include protecting the watershed area of the Chesapeake Bay by construction replacement
bulkheads and/or rip-rap and living shorelines where appropriate. We also provide greater and more convenient navigable
access by custom building stationary or floating docks, "T's", or "L's" and installing
boat lifts. Our Custom built piers can have an array of amenities such as water and electric hookups for lights
on piers and faucets, piling caps(fixed or epoxy gluvit), boat bumpers and tie up handles.
Once a year
we offer a boat lift maintenance service contract to service and inspect your boat lift to ensure a pleasant start to
your Spring boating experience after the harsh winter elements.
We are Certified Magnum Boat Lift Installers.
